Chapter 1: A new beginning. Tomorrow we go and get a new dog for Lynn. It is a happy time but also a sad time remembering Alex. Six weeks ago today,he left us and we miss him a lot but hopefully this will help give another dog a good life here in our home.

These are all the things that Lynn has laid out to take for him as well as a gift for the foster mom. I thought that it was so nice of Lynn to do this for this lady.
